Who doesn’t have some kind of ache or already clearly manifested pain or illness? A large part of us suffers from stress, feels pressure to perform, and is burdened by work/family/financial worries and open questions. It’s no wonder, then, that in recent years, allergies, back pain, anxiety, phobias, and sleep disorders have been on the rise.

For example, fear of flying or fear of exams are widespread. Such fears block the energy flow, not only in acute situations, but over time, the energy blockages expand. These blockages can lead to the perception that even simpler situations are experienced as a “test.” The energy flow is slowed down or completely blocked in some areas and affects our physical and mental health, our lives, our daily routines, and, ultimately, our future.
